cars got a grumbling noise from front of crankshaft area , could the crankshaft bearing be goosed ,does engine have to come out to repair it?

probs a drive shaft or similar?


i was could have had a wee listen last nite?

 

alright mate

i put metal bar onto altenator and put my ear to it , it sounded horrendous
think its the bearings in that , il get new one ordered up monday
there always something with these cosworths eh
