Turbo on series 2 below 10 PSI all is fine if you start to go over at full chat say 13PSI + it sounds as if someting is inside it :S likea small metal thing spinning round it lol a bit hard to explain ?

turbo pulls fine still no smoke etc but noise is worrying :S

Is it dead?

 

Dying.... good chance the shaft has excess play in it. Take a look at it
