Default brake fluid

hi i have a escort mk4 and i'm changeing my brake fluid and i was wandering whats a good make and grade to use,i will be useing my car for track days aswell as driving about.

the best bar none is Castrol SRF. It's normally around £40 a litre, but if R&B Mororsport (Mike Rainbird) does it for around £20.
