Default Help. Dam cos engine has probs

Hello All.

I have a problem.

Car was running fine on new enginre build in different car.

all of a sudden loss of power and wouldnt start.

30 mins later after basically nothing it started on the button.

2 hours later decided to go for a drive . Started the car up, began to reverse off the drive and it stalled. tried to start it up and nothing. After 3 hous of checking what seemed like everything. Still no joy. Gave t a rest for an hour and it started on the button.

Today, changed a load of bits one by one and checked for the spark that isnt there.

Changed, ecu, map sensor, crank sensor, coil, phase sensor, ign amp, checked pin voltages all fine.

Have voltage at coil and all the right places.

What the hell is going on. I have no spark.

Any help would be very much appreciated

is the gap correct for the tdc sensor (white one at the bottom of the crank pulley) should be 0.6 to 0.7 mm against the lobes...

other than that, a duff ignition amp...

or some cruddy connectors on the wiring loom

ecu power relay, fuel pump relay? these are fairly common, if theyve gone fooked it wont go,, does the fuel pump run when you go to click 2 on the switch...

other thing is if the donkey has been out,, a loos earth connection, what are the 2 earths like on the inlet manifold at the back at the bottom ? are these loose or corroded OR got silicone sealant around them

others to check, main body earth where the battery neg goes to the inner wing, are these nice and clean?

Earths are sweet.

Car doesnt have an immob as it is a track car, also, has seperate fuel cell and fuel wiring.

Will go out now and double check the pin resistance, spoke to A1 today, reccomnded i double check again

Ok, just done another check.

Between pincs 3 &4 has the 300 - 1200 ohms
But no 2v when cranking

same with pins 5 &23
Have ohms but no volts when cranking.

Im so lost now.
