Mate of mine with a H plate S2 has been having problems with his alarm lately just thought i'd ask for some advice

He has a clifford concept 350 and the immobiliser won't cut out, he hs had to start it with a live to the starter for the last week, we have tried valet mode, diconnecting live and resetting, entering his security code and nothing works...

Any ideas? i'm not too hot on electrics so not sure what to do to help him
