how bad is the leak? if its not that bad i would have said rad weld would do it but other than that get a new one.

also where is it comeing from, the hoses or the radiator itself?

It's quite bad it streams out, i was changing my manifold gasket and hit the heat shield on the rad and made a hole in it, yeah it's coming from the rad itself, i cant seem to find another rad, i've been offered a xr2i/si rad but i'm sure it will be different?

well arent you the fool then, lol.

could you perhaps put some tape on to at least slow down the leak so the rad weld can try and have some effect?

then when it stops leaking you can peel back the tape a bit till it starts leakin again and put more rad weld and repeat this process till it is patched up. will only be temporary until you can source a new radiator ASAP!

just an idea mate, it may not even work.

Egg whites are good for stopping leaks believe it or not.........depends how bad the leak is though.
