which spark plugs and what gap?
as above, the car is a 2wd sapphire cos, low comp, 3 bar, 803's, 500 cooler etc. running a t3 which boost's too 22psi. 328bhp before missfire
. i've tested the plugs, and i'm pretty confident thats the route of my trouble.
i've heard that 071's at 0.6mm would be best, am i too assume these are available from ford? and is this the best option for me? or i am best just nipping down to demon tweeks and getting shafted by some over priced option?
oppions and advice much needed.

i've just changed from 071's to denso iridium ik27's
the 071's are a good cheap plug but mine were pretty much done after 3k (electrode worn away)
the denso's idle very well and hopefully will last ages

after speaking with a couple of local tuner's i've gone for some c57's gapped at 25 thou ( 0.63mm ) cost me £40. i was told to expect them to last between 3000 to 6000 miles.
the tick over does'nt seem as bad as i was expecting, and it feels as smooth as ever through the rev range.
cheeRS all.
