after speaking with a couple of local tuner's i've gone for some c57's gapped at 25 thou ( 0.63mm ) cost me £40. i was told to expect them to last between 3000 to 6000 miles.

the tick over does'nt seem as bad as i was expecting, and it feels as smooth as ever through the rev range.
