Setting valve clearances
The last time I did this was on a 1.1 fez in 1997. There is a little bit about it I forgot.
This is on my blacktop engine now
Should the feeler gauges fit tightish between the cam and the shim or should it be loose. Its a pain in the ass to be honest, Got a pile of spare shims and I keep getting it wrong, Either 0.05 too much or 0.05 not enough, Do you recon +/- 0.05 each way is acceptable? Its only as much as a strand of hair thickness at the end of the day
