Going to fit my -31 actuator to a t34 turbo tonight on my 4x4 saph i have a boost gaige that is pretty accurate i know some people don't trust them!
any advice on fitting these or is it very simple? havn't really looked at it much? any tips or advice from experiance would be greatfull! cheers in advance.

 

Going to do this myself too tonite, if the weather holds off.
Done one before, pretty straight forward to fit, then off to get it
tuned at the weekend.

 

How important is it to get my chip re-mapped once i fit this? it's stage 3 got it second hand from north yorkshire breakers.

 

just have the actuator set so you only have to stretch the actuator a couple of mil to get over the wastegate.then take it up the road and see what psi it is running,then adjust the actuator to your desired boost level.shorter is more boost longer is less boost.If i remember correctly one turn is one psi.are you upgrading the turbo aswell?or was the t34 already on?because if you have changed from t3 to t34,i would run slightly less boost until you gety everything checked on rolling road good luck
