As the subject says, I have spark at the coil/spark plug, fuel pump primes when the key turns on and fuel at the rail (after a few minutes of cranking the plugs are wet), I also replaced the filter, checked the relays and fuses near the ECU... no luck. Could this be a bad crank sensor?
Before this the car would start but the idle would hunt, this is my first Cossie and I have no idea what else to look for.

 

Do a compression check....if thats ok then it's probably the cam timing....cossie's normally start very well...

 

sounds like what happened to me with my rs2000mk5
it was the crank shaft sensor

 

Distibutor phase sensor ?

Mine went on my saff and fuel was still coming through to plugs

 

Thanks M8s. I was also looking towards the crank or phase sensor, I orderd up some new sensors so we shall see... Has anyone used the Denso Iridium plugs on their Cossie?
