2WD sapphire cosworth diff

2WD sapphire cosworth diff
Does anyone have ANY info on stripping/rebuilding these diffs?
I have a full bearing set and seals to fit to mine. At the mo the rear cover is off and i have taken both output flanges out by removing the circlips.
Now i have come to the castle type ring where the output flanges were and have removed the locking plates, but cant get them to move/turn or anything. Is there a special way of doing this or any tools etc?
The diff is pretty dirty so possibly rusted in?
