took my s2 for rolling road set up seemed to be running well.has fresh engine in.got a call to pick car up and was told car was only producing 80bhp and it was 3 teeth out on timing and a valve has been damaged.i thought if it was out that much it wouldnt run or would run real bad.can any one help because i had car looked over b4 hand and was told it was fine.i think they have fucked the car and.

 

A car can run with the timing belt out 3 teeth, a mate just bought a 205gti needing a clutch replacement and found this out after changing the clutch. It ran ok up to about 5k then it was like it hit the rev limiter, we reset the timing all all was fine and luckily no valves were bent.
