Cossie will need a setup before I give it any stick, my list of stuff to change before taking it in is as follows;

Leads - genuine ones, current ones are blue, unsure of make.
Plugs - got a set of 071c's.
Oil.
Filter.
Fuel filter.

Any others that I should think about doing? the change of leads will require a dizzy cap swap, would it be worthwhile changing the phase sensor while the caps off? does it need any setting up or is it un plug/plug in job?

On the same note is it worth adding a Grp A coil to the list?

Any advice is welcome

 

cheers Damo, will check the vac pipes, and the fuel pump history is unknown, the car is actually a sierra estate converted from a 2wd saph, so I doubt alot of the things will be new and were swapped over from the saph instead.
