Hi Chaps

Does anyone know if the length of the 2wd sapphire driveshafts are the same as the 4wd ones? i know each car has shafts of two different lengths but is it possible to use a 2wd driveshaft on a 4wd car and vice versa? i know the diff sizes are different but i believe the width across the driveshaft fixing flanges is the same on a 7" diff as a 7.5" diff? if this is the case as it would make the shafts interchangeable?

i'm pretty sure they are not interchangeable - from memory the 4x4 one has a rebate on the flange that locates in the diff outdrive which 2wd doesn't have.
I'll await correction from someone with more detail though...
