Default sierra cossie leaded ?

help plz ive just got a sierra cossie it still leaded and i want it to run unleaded its a 2wd 1989 with the red cam cover ive been told i need todo something with the ignition timing ? anyone know what and how to do this ????? cheers

from what i have heard its ok to run it on unleaded.what spec is it?

AFAIK, all fords after 86 run on unleaded. timing generally wants advancing 2-4deg. don't try yourself if you don't know what you're doing, any decent garage can do it.
