im located nr durham and was asking the same question on this site about rolling roads a month or two ago and was recommended to visit motorsport developments@blackpool (01253508400) i know it might be a bit more of a travel to get there but they definatley seem to know there stuff and were very helpful and informative.
Not to knock anyone who's been to motorscope as i hav'nt actually been myself but i'd had a bit of bad feedback from several people who had taken there cars there hence my reason for the trip to blackpool...
hope this helps
