on my series one escort rs where do i put the pipe for the boost guage? at the moment its on the same pipe that the dump valve joins to. is this right? it has made my dump valve slightly delayed in going off aswel

 

mine is on the pipe coming off top of the dump valve,never made my dump valve any different!

 

Shouldn't make any difference at all.........sounds like something isn't right. My ECU dump valve and boost gauge are all on the same pipe.
