i'm in need of a guide, Ive not done a head rebuild in a long time, and would like to make sure i do everything correct.

That would be for a MFI head, S2.

Going from built, to removed, to refitted, such as removing the cams, lifters, tappets without removing the head.

Make sure you check both timing marks are at TDC before re-fitting the head and that once you have tensioned the timing belt and the rotor is pointing to point 1 on the dizzy otherwise it may not fire up (as I found out!)
