What dry sump kit
As title really, any reccomendations, thoughts,do i need separate stage for turbo,or can this drain straight into the sump as standard ??.Looking at the turbo sport one, seems pretty reasonable price ?

I've found that life I needed.. It's HERE!!
You don't need a turbo scavenge stage unless
Your turbo position is very low in which case
Gravity draining from the turbo can be a issue
You can drain into the side of the pan
Or even near the scavenge tube on the dry sump
Pan
I do the opi dry sump kits
If you have a google at some pics or go
On Burton's site you will see the turbo drain in the
Side of the pan

I'm gonna be ordering my dry sump kit soon, opi,or turbosport,
The opi sump looks a bit bulky to me,but let to believe its a better type of pump,
decisions,decisions

I'm going to order some braided pipe / fittings to check routes and bends,I don't want to skimp on quality ,therefore speedflow "an" fittings are on the list. Are these the best quality,i'm judging on price here.

Looks great, I would zircotec coat the down pipe and remove that wrap, you have such a nice instal I think it would benefit from the neatness and better heat management.

Caught just in time by looks of it, are you running 4x4 running gear? Just wondering as I see a sump gasket and didn’t think you fitted them in 4x4 format.

Made a flange today, will either tap this for a banjo,or weld a the pipe straight into it.
Just poked that pipe in to check it lines up with the hole

At main cap #3 is that two pieces of pipe pushed together? I wouldn’t run it the way it is but would make a good template to get one fabricated.

no, its solid underneath, its not a join, its the origional 4x4 pipes ,the larger pipe is just sleeve over the top to make it rigid

Looks cool. Good mod. How did you incorporate the pressure spring etc.? I would consider maybe doing an oil change on that engine of yours

Part of the pickup pipe is a spine that runs down the back, the sleeve is where the spine finishes

Thinking of putting a std type filter before and after the pump, any thoughts ,will it affect pressure much,i'm thinking not.The one after is a deffo
The reason i want before is that i'm getting the tank welded with extra unions.Just a bit worried about any swarf,as is a solid tank.
