about as good as it gets i would imagine mate

its great stufff,i have my own saff covered in it too.it was done very early in its life and had only the smallest bit of rust on one of the back arches like the pic above

Mine was waxoyled from new and has now done 107,000 miles with no rust problems so far.

I had a back to metal re-spray and the only rot was around the sunroof only because I started to repair the seam seal inside the glass aperture, but me being me! didn’t finish it and the capillary action and it sitting for 7 years outside killed the roof area.

Like you I wax oiled it back in the 90’s so the seals arches & chassis rails are spot on and it’s spen it’s life out in the open, so wax oil must work if done properly.

Behind the rear wheel arch liners,there is a black round from mid each side. I removed the front and got a long piece of pipe and attached the pipe to a air gun and filled my sills with wax oil. Also I filled the inner rear arches with it too. Just pull the rear boot carpet back and away you go.
