Default Painted calipers - opinions

I'm converting the front brake set up on my e90 330 to the 335 setup which use huge single piston alloy calipers.

The set I acquired were a horrible green so I had a mate sand blast them and now they look like new.

Question is shall I paint them or not? I was initially thinking black or silver, then the dark blue similar to the current bmws that have the brembo setup.

What's people's opinions on a silver car with silver wheels?

It's your car so do what you feel happy with, there is no right or wrong colour for the wheels or the calipers. You can guarantee whatever you do some people will like it and some people will slate it.The main thing will be that you like it as that is what counts!

BMW upgrade is blue if ordered at build of car or red if ordered as upgrade...I would go with the factory colours personally.

The light blue looks good and suits your car really well.

As you have proper brakes it will always look better and you can get away with brighter colours than you can with standard sliding calipers.

I found this pic online and these are the exact calipers I have finished in a silver/grey which looks quite good

That colour combination looks smart but not to overdone.

the bright colours work better with big brakes but look naf on standard calipers. I'm toying with redoing mine. I have standard 4 piston calipers and 350mm discs on my merc thatll be similar to cossynuts but I think either silver with red lettering or black with silver lettering as red will look to Halfords boy racerish.
does your brakes have the m badge on them as standard? if not I wouldn't add it. as with Mercedes with amg , bmw have devalued the m badge with overusing it on almost everything.

I reckon dark blue will work ok.

Will probably do the spring clip in black or silver
