Bars off the car now once it’s back together and at road weight I’ll put it on the 4 poster at work and weld the mounts on so everything sits perfect

I’ve the money to finish mine as I plan it’s just time. I think it’s mk who dose the dash fittings that convert the rack. My pumps bits are from torques and I brased dash fittings onto the cooler pipe everything will be Teflon pipe to handle the pressure. I may change it again and fit a cooler rad for track use or go electric. Found one of them Audi alternator heat shields as well.

Cheers, can you remember what thread the banjo is for the pump or did you tap it to suite? Yeah I'm gonna buy a little oil cooler and get rid of the bar. Managed to get one of the heat shields off eBay great mod.

God knows now it’s all metric if you have a pitch gauge and a vernier measure the old bolts. If not I can dig the pump out and check. The feed from the bottle was drilled and tapped to take a fitting. It’s not really needed but I seem to have an aero quip fetish lol

I got a saxo electric pump to try this week and hopefully do away with the pulleys and power steering pump as I need room for an extra fan for safety as I only have an uprated 205 radiator.

I’m quite pleased with it it’s not that in keeping with an old car but looks pretty subtle. Could have got the newer colour one but went for this so it don’t stand out too much. Will save on gauges as well

Na won’t be that quick. I’ll wait till I’ve the engine back. Then I’ll send my manifold off for coating order the injectors turbo and waste gate. I’ll be able to get the block to clutch fingers measurement and send for my tilton clutch bearing. Once Ive all that I’ll tow it to work and bolt it all up then ship it off for the exhaust system

Not really to be fair once I’ve them bits all in hand I’ll a book at work at put it all together. I’ve a helix 7.25 inch twin plate clutch. Sure it’s the same one rod has so will will cope with some torque. Will go together with my cts big tooth in it once it’s all done and I’ve driven it a bit I’ll be looking for a tko
