Default Bit of an engine problem! Blocks apart

Few pics of my poor car lol
I'm guessing a rod let go on the way back from the last breakfast at goodwood a few weeks ago. Started to take her apart so I can get a clear idea of what I'm going to need to build a new engine

Hard to say till the block is stripped iver the rod or piston broke up!
Iver way the rod has pushed the piston to the top of the bore against the head then slipped to one side and gone through the bore!
I will build a new bottom end / head with 650bhp in mind then put it back together as it was to run it in. Then change the turbo and exhaust manifold and go for some power

Yes but a long road I'd also have to do a 3.5 inch exhaust system/down pipe mod my fly wheel fit a small basket twin plate ap clutch and hydrolic conversion and would won't a 6 degree rear beam and supra diff!
I'm in no rush it's not going any wear I'd like to think it will be driving by this time next year the latest

I said in the reply to your last post bud.
Most likely rod broke pushed piston to top of bore then slipped to one side of the piston and through the bore. I'll say for sure when the bottom half is stripped
It's just one of them things
