Default Ford fest v ford fair

Anyone on here go to the ford fest event at santapod? And how does it compare to fordfair at Silverstone?

I've been to ford fair but never been to ford fest but I am thinking of going this year. I'm guessing it's not as good as ford fair though. Also what is the camping area like?

it was the 1st year last year for ford fest and is simply a much smaller version of ford fair, traffic issues are worse as getting in and out of the pod have always been a major problem, camping is fine but you can never predict the weather and camping is next to public car park so you and your car are kept together

Oh right ok so you don't actually drive your car onto the camp site itself like at ford fair?
What are the attractions like away from the drag strip? Anything like ford fair? Auto jumble, retailers, concoursr competitions etc etc?
The info on the site and video on YouTube doesn't give much of an idea really

just imagine a smaller scale ford fair and you have it, camping is inside the pods grounds so you are not in a seperate campsite as the saturday is normally rwyb etc so is open and busy, and as its run by kelsey media who run ford fair so its all pretty much the same but smaller

After the debacle that is Ford Fair this year is turning out to be, what odds are you offering on that statement?
