I thought there was one that was reschudualed due to snow? I had my rs2k and took the rear seats out for the day and ended up driving around for a month like that!

I had a huge sideways moment in front of an escort cosworth I had just overtaken in my Clio on the main straight.
I overtook him but then couldn't pull from him as we were so evenly matched at higher speeds, I didn't want to dab the brakes with him right on my bumper so left it to the very last second to brake hoping I'd have cleared some ground on him under braking and promptly left it so late (not used to having a clio that's doing about a buck and a half on that straight as first time there in this car) that I went hugely sideways at the chicane.
Still not sure how the hell he avoided me but thank heavens he did!
Will upload a video when I get a chance, had front and rear cams running at the time, so caught it all. On just the front one it looks like I fly past him but on the rear shot you can see him right behind me after I get past.

Yeah, when we spoke afterwards (as friends I dont mean we "had a word" lol) I did say to him that I was sorry for losing it but that really he could have made life a bit easier for me by backing off slightly to help me complete the manouvre (as its a trackday not a race etc)
Just one of those things though and neither of us were angry, both just accepted it as a trackday incident that luckily no harm came of (other than us both picking up some flat sports on our tyres!)

Awesome day again, huge thanks to Chip and Steve B for organizing it.

Gutted I missed this! You guys looked like you had I awesome time ! Loving the videos looks like mine has done bearing I'm re building now have booked beds for April 27th as a target! Chip your Clio looks awesome! Have you got pis on here? would love a look

This looks like a great day, i cant wait to do a track day and bedford seems to be the best track for a first timmer.
