Whos coming to classic ford on Sunday at the pod ? I will be there with the ford ka owners club so come and say hello if your coming

 

I'll be there working on the Classic Ford stand

Should be a good show; we've got around 90 cars on our displays!

 

nice its the first year the KA has been allowed to show so theres about 15 of us i think

 

Really fancy coming down. Its been 3 years since i was last at pod.
The weather forcast is good this weekend too so should be a good turn out

 

il be there, but sadly the car isnt ready to take up the strip yet

 

thats a shame i wont be going up the strip 1.3 ftw its my birth day on friday i will be 17 so dads gona drive motor way bits i will drive the rest. You think it will be ok to take L plates off at the gates and me drive it in dont want people to see L plates haha :P

i hope to be going. wanted to go in the 4i but the theft/fire put paid to that idea. and thediscovery is stuck up in the air at work, new clutch fitted but lifters broken. supposed to be coming out tomorow but they said theyd be out last friday and we are still waiting.
is anyone camping? is it a good night?

not loads of us this year so only a small stand but shoul be a good show.


oh and this all depends on whether or not i've managed to fix my car, new sump on today so aslong as the sealant works and i can reseal the pas pump/high pressure pipe i'll be there.

 

i'm there with Blue Oval Enthusiasts Club, we got 30 cars attending.

 

am their as am one of the 90 !

 

i'll be there with the xroc, was'nt 100% on running it up the strip as i have not finished setting the car up yet with my skyline gearbox,i may pop out saturday and try a few launches with different torque splits and then i can switch it to 2wd when in 2nd gear.whatever you do just remeber your driving license.

 

am taking my licence just incase i fancy a run

 

i actually enjoyed it more last year when i forgot my license!,i could walk around and enjoy the show rather than farting around getting tickets etc,didn't really miss taking the car for a run tbh

 

am only running saterday if i do

Good show ,my group is not doing this one but plenty of my mates are going ,just hope the people through the gate numbers are up as all the shows so far this year have been pretty empty

amazing day out that. some really fast cars up the strip and stunning cars on show. thanks to the organisers!! oh and my cossie made the 300 mile trip with only alternator bearings becomming noisy lol
