Just Wheels Show - Bents Park, South Shields, 12th September 2010
Entry for cars on stands before 10.30am - 4pm
Public 'walk in' entry from 10.30am
North East Amateur Motorsport are organising a small car show in the North East (Bents Park, South Shields) in September as a charity fundraiser and wondered if your club would like a stand. We are inviting enthusiast clubs only. The area itself has plenty of entertainment on the sea front, with a funfair, park, boating lake, the beach, catering etc all in walking distance.
Entry is a donation of £5 per vehicle, there will be an RC car display provided by NEAM, trade stands, a raffle (mostly car related prizes like 4 wheel alignment, car tinting etc) and hopefully a good day out for north east car enthusiasts showing what the north east can bring together. We've had interest from many different groups including American car clubs, VW, Morris Minor, Subaru, Mini, RSOC etc
All clubs may bring a BBQ and their own food, gazebo/tent etc just kick back and have a relaxing day
Trade stands (anything car/bike related) are welcome at a cost of £5 per vehicle and a donation of a raffle prize if you know any interested. Keeping the costs fair to encourage local businesses. Those already shown an interest include NE detailing, Revolution, AS Performance and Custom Tint.
All proceeds will be split between 2 north east charities, one which provides leisure activities for children/young people with disabilities and another which is a stay cat/dog service
Raffle prizes include
4 x £50 cash prizes from Scot Brothers Haulage
4 wheel alignment from Revolution Motorstore
Full Car Tinting from Custom Tint
Car valeting kit from NE Detailing
Bottles of Alcohol
2 RC cars worth over £500
more coming in all the time
If anyone is interested in a group/club/trade stand, large or small please contact us on NEAM2010@live.com

No this one has never been on before.
To be honest the 'general interest' has been a lot more than we expected. With Minis, VWs, Morris Minors, American cars, Subarus, TVRs and more attending
The actual area lacking so far is fords apart from a classics group
If anyone wants to attend please do come along before 10.30am
