Finished a customers car a couple of weeks ago, his done over 300 miles now so thought it was about time i showed you fellow Mk3 owners

Any comments welcomed good or bad as its all constructive.

1600cvh ERST Bottom End
Rebuilt EFi head.
CVH35 Kent Cam
Antipump lifters
Adjustable pulley
4x4 Hybrid T3 with 0.48 housing
GRS S1 Intercooler
Mongoose zorst
Bailey oil breather
New S2 RAD
-31 Actuator
Samco's
Alloy Header Tank
Bailey water swirl pot

Weber Management L8 with Pectel Board
3 Bar map sensor
Yellow Injectors
4x4 Fuel Reg
4x4 Ignition amp
Group A coil
909 Leads

Efi inlet reworked

There is loads of one off stuff all over the engine bay, but this can only be seen up close and in person, so if you ever see him at a show or meet etc.. Ask to have a look as the owner is a freindly chap who im sure will be more than happy to show you around his motor

Liking that alot mate, good solid spec on it aswell by the looks of it!

Even looks good with the raised bonnet and I dont like em at all! lol

M K, the rocker cover is factory black mk6 escort almost like satin finish, i painted the over pipe to match.

I would expect the power to be around 240-250bhp @ around 18-22psi

The reason i use bonnet raisers on the Mk3 is because they didnt have vents as std, none of the cars ever suffer with heat soak etc.. but the hot air is better out than in Its down to the customers choice anyway..

Yes mate on std pistons and rods. My own car/s have been running 28k miles with ALS high boost etc. without any problems. My own car/s run 26psi and produce 276bhp Thats a factory 1.6cvh bottom end.

Down the breakers mate, i seen about 3 mk3's this week with the front legs still in place and the top mounts obviously still there.

No not at all mate.
The EFi inlet fits in an Escort engine bay without any mods.
