just wondering
a question to everyone,is it worth restoring an xr2i?as ive not seen many on here thats been fully restored and im thinkin of doing one!

It all depends on wether it's worth it for you mate...
I'm about to start restoring my mk2 XR2. For the money it's gonna end up costing me I could just by a saph cossie or mint erst. But when it's all done and finished it will be my car and i can drive around in it knowing that i built it.
Hope you work out what you want to do with it.

Mines not restored or anything, in perfect form with low miles are lovely cars, and they run lovely. They are really a nice car i think so anyway.
here's mine
get yours to look like this and you've got a good car.
This attracts attension everywhere it goes from all age range's.
Id get one. Don't buy a rotter though, rust is rife in em.

thats a very nice 2i mate!the one im on about buying has had lots of welding done to it,but has no history for the car,if u ever sell urs tho PM me
