Small update
Inlet manifold and carbs are now on
nosecone with headlights and bezels now on
most of the interior is in
new starter motor on

Car is now 99.5% finished
all electrics now working incl fuel pump and fan
samcos now on
lights in and working
bonnet and boot now on
even had it running today
will get some pics soon of the updates

Abit of an update , I know its been a long time and the car has changed quite a lot from when i finished the resto
It now has a 200bhp Harris pinto fitted , tran x straight cut box , hydraulic clutch with a bias pedal box fitted , servo removed so I could fit a big manifold ,LSD, and loads of other bits done , I will get some more upto date pics (in a couple of years...lol)
I think these pics might be in the wrong order

Yes Grant that is me old saph, dont know how those pics got in there
Those saph pics were taken at highoredish about 2001.
As I said the Escort has changed in the engine bay alot since those pics were taken , and now looks nowt like that , The dellorto's have gone and been replaced with webers , 3 peice manifold, different cam cover, no brake servo, 3 fluid pots now in there ,(front & rear brakes and clutch) no washer bottle, strut brace and loads of other bits
