Nice washer bottle. If I had known it would clean up that well I would have listed it for more I will certainly clean up my Mk3 Escort one before listing!
One hell of a build (and thread) but so near the end I bet you can taste it!
No photos of fuel line set up, so I am wondering how you are connecting swirl pot to pumps and filters to the fuel line? What size fuel line are you using? Are you taking return back to the swirl pot or tank? Are you fitting one way flap valves on each feed from the filters?

Steve , not using a swirl pot at all the tank has built in collectors ;o) gonna use -8ptfe from the tank to the pumps the -6ptfe from the pumps to the fuel rail and return. not gonna use any flap valves either as ive position the pumps lower than the feed from the tank so it should always have a fuel supply (Pro Alloy recomendations)
The main problem with using two pumps is if one stops. The fuel will then take the easiest route which is back through the stopped pump, hence the use of one-way valves. This is what I have been advised to do by Geoff, who should know a lttle bit more about the subject than Pro Alloy However, I am always prepared to be corrected (happens often!)

So, no lift pump either? Is the tank foam filled (may have missed this in the many posts in this thread)?

Made the final fitment of the 3 door washer bottle this morning , and i also moved and re positioned the power steering bottle to clear the Hart Racing throttle body bracket. ( think there is a thread somewhere with someone having problems with this? )
Power steering tank move from here to .....
To here
Which gives perfect clearence for the throttle bracket .
Happy with this , whats next......lol

If I am not mistaken, they look like a pair of filters. Same as mine and from same source. I agree that Torques.co.uk is a good place to get your fuel fittings from. Alex is very helpful and knows his stuff.
