i bought the car a month ago now for 450, got it home and it was a rust bucket so im givin it a full resteration. my aim is to keep it all standard on the body work and mod the engine.

the really rusty iner panel, it has all been plated know but i dident get chance to get a pic




the new panel ready to fit


on the n/s theres a new full rear quarter and sill, have to order the other side, put pics up soon when i have done some more work




just done the rust on the boot today around the wiper


start with all the rust


the filler


and the finish


also sprayed the bottom of the door white to stop rust comin back





done a far bit today worked on gettin the panel and smoothed and ready to be flatted back






the filler on the door to hide the the new and old panel



all done and painted












thats all till next week should have the o/s panel fitted then

xr2luke, ur better off buyin a smashed up FRST or a cheap 1 off of e-bay mate.
then u can can all the bit off of it

luke89, practice mate on a piece of scrap metal but what Luke aint told you is he didnt do that welding
