ok pic update, the car is now almost ready to run! just needs the fuel tank which is ready i will collect in a day or so, fit it up with the lines then set the fuel pressure and turn the key.
the only thing to sort then is wheel alignment track etc and that and i am waiting on my wings so i can then run the car and check is all working fine
.... ALSO MY WHEELS ARE CLEAN

Fuel cell is now fitted 
after a few hickups the car now runs ....
only few small probs, 1- my fuel pump mounts didnt arrive yet but, will be here this week so needs to be fitted. 2- themostat housing is leaking (needs sealing). 3- small oil leak off the pressure take off (just needs sealing) 4- track/camber/caster needs setting. 5- trouble selecting gears( i have changed to a short shift nuckle andd solid mounts on the cradle, so maybe a problem with it??? 6- my wings are still not here...
now most are relativily easy fix's all being well my mech is sorting the most this week but really need my wings to go for MOT then weree ready for Ford fair!!!!

ok slight update the car is now at the bodyshop again having a wings sorted (thanks kelvin for helping me out) full buff and polish having the fitted and its about there now.....
Still a bit unsure about the quickshift
may go back to std as im not 100% happy with it.. will see how i get on. Have a slight power issue i changed something that mark did to the boost pipes to allow me to run the full 2.3BAR so i need to make myself a ristrictor to reslove it but apart form that i think were all good for Ford Fair now... just need to refit the rear seats too.

well a couple of pics from a few days ago it back at the bodyshop, the wings are now primed after being worked... will be painted and on in a few days then off for MOT. Just a quick clean before the show sort the boost prob which we think we may have sussed... So all looking good will take some more pics tomorrow... But in the pic the car has been given a full 4 stg polish and the interior is now clean aswell...

yes rear seats to put in this weekend and wings will be on, so should be ready this weekend!? then MOT monday! then store it till ford fair...

ok chaps finally got some net access so here some pics from last weekend!!!
A txt today also says that my mate has painted the final parts and wings are on and look great apparently!
So i'll be ove this weekend and fit the rear seats and then check over and then ready for mot monday!

So here on in the car is back in bits after the h/g was weepping and the gearbox dying a slow death!
engine removed now, gearbox sat waiting for new internals....
With My head near and lnlet is matched to the head. I decided The engine will be dropped off with mark shead for a rebuild

CP pistons
long stroke rods
6 longstuds
wrc gasket
oil way mods
crank checked/modded
basically with this spec i'm looking to use my GT35 turbo tial 44mm External gate and my twin scroll SS manifold.
i'm hoping for 550+bhp high boost 450bhp low boost and torque to match!
in the mean time i have got a few parts going to my bodyshop for few changes my fuel pump cradles off to be painted too.. Also this weekend going to fit up my hydraulic clutch kit! Should be fun! Also recieved my AP 6 paddle , turbo heatsheild and rear diff hanger mod ( cheers Rainbird!)

decided to go with the hart inlet so that will be happening now, but the car has been washed clean rear rims on now, fronts have been painted over the weekend getting few things powdercoated as i had them crackled and its peeled over the last few yrs :x alot still to do but getting there now alot to come over the next month!

it will be now the car it nearly back together 
it was such a rush at the time to get to ford fair we never got round to it.....
update was a bit of a mish mash there But basically i now have the engine on the bench being built up ready to go back in the car next week, i have a new base map off mark my gearbox will be a lude and is at the builders now so come jan it should be back on the road....
will have moe and better pics next week

.....what with buying the shop and deciding to go the whole hog with the car i had alot on my plate but all the parts and prep over the 2 years has made the coming together very quick... i'll be over my mates next week putting the car together and it'll literally only be about 3-4 parts holding me back then but that cant be sorted till parts are fitted anyway....
thanks for the comments just really looking forward to getting it back now will be great fun a 500+hp as it was fun with the 400...
