This is a S2 Turbo I done as a project, just putting up to show what can be done at home in a small garage.

 

that looks amazing ,did you spray it aswell

 

It was done in aubergine black matalick all the detailing on it was re done with chrome look . The wheels where polished thay took the lad that done them 4 days to do each wheel . The body work consisted of front panel ,pasinger wing, new bonet , new inner and outer arches , new inner and outer sills all the floor pans new boot lid , roof piecing behind sun roof and at boot hinges , boot floor welding and rear chasis repairing both sides

did you just use fabricated metal sheets for the inner sills or actual replacment panels?

 

i made the inner cills and inner arches from sheet steel

the lad who ownes the car didnt want to spend that much money on it and it was suposed to be just a tidy up. but knowing this type of car i knew it wauld be a wreck . its the 5th turbo iv done and ther is another s1 to do and a black 3 door after that .Ilove fords and i try to make it show in my work im thinking of opening my own body shop . i know my work is at a good standard just wondered what you lot thought .

thats the one mate same as a load of old mondees as well. the lad let me do more or less what we wanted with his car .i chose the coulor because it was classie and a nice change

the body was the hard work. but it was more than just body work that went in to it one off exhaust sounds loads better than origonal .90 speck bumper and spoiller make it look well fresh . it was nice to get free run on a car and do what we thought was right .

jacko its Emma,why are you lying? yeah you dun the body work and credit to you where its due but you are making out that you dun everything and we all know you didnt! you turned up wen you felt like it it was karl who was there from first thing on a morning till 6 n 7 at night. when you did turn up your day started between 2 n 3 in the afternoon. It was karl who was doing the car seems it was karls cousin whose car he was doing your job was only filling n flattening the body work down.not all the other stuff you have sed you dun so thanx for putting the pics on to show all the work that KARL has dun!!

 

where does it say i done all the work on my own .and i fitted the arches sills wing front panel sorted the roof apart from the sun roof inner ,repaired the doors . i got the tail gate and bumper and windscreen .and found the spoiler. i done all the filler work .i primmed it all i wet flatted the shell the doors the bonnet the taill gate .I chose the colour . When i started the car i was asked to do a bit off body work and karl was supossed to be doing all the welding but that didnt happen did it . i even ended up helping with the fit up and i remember a few times when i was asked to help him fit parts on the car and when i came over he was buisy doing his own car parts or some one elses car . I spent 3 months in that garage on and off and was payed next to nothing . Karl got more from that car than i did and when karl,s car was done it took allot longer and i didnt charge him a thing so as usual i ended up doing way more than i should have done . Karl knows next to nothing about body work and nether do you the only things you do know about it is what he told you which cant be verry much

 

NOW JACKO LITEING UP WHY DO U MENTION MY CAR ALL THE TIME NO 1 FORCED U TO DO IT AND IF U WANTED MONEY THAT WAS UP TO U TO ASK REMEMBER IVE ALWAYS BEEN GREATFUL FOR EVERTHING U DID BUT IT WORKS BOTH WAYS MATE. YES U WERE ONLY ASK TO DO THE BODY WORK ON THAT CAR NO 1 ASK U TO DO ANYTHING ELSE NOT EVEN ME IF U WERE UNHAPPY WITH WHAT U GOT PAID THEN SPEAK TO SIMON BUT DONT HAVE A GO AT ME FOR IT U NEW I WAS GETTING PAID MORE FROM THE START I DONT THINK I WAS PAID ENOUGH BUT PEOPLE LEARN FROM THERE MISTAKES... HOW CAN U EXPECT US TO WORK TOGETHER IF THIS HAPPENS ALL THE TIME..
