Bladed ARB looks some bit of kit, looks like the end of the tca is too close to the disc or do you think altering the pin will sort that?

What are you using to undo the locking ring on the fuel tank sender if you do not mind me asking?
trying to do it in situ up there must be a pain with the right tooling.

Only a minor setback pal these things can be expected when doing custom stuff like this. You guys will sort it in no time.

It's on full boost at 2600 right to the limiter at min and has stu at MSD said the turbos on holiday , as it's still on 9psi WG pressure , with a better spark table and some proper control via my MAC boost controller we might see 2300 full boost to limiter, car will really wake up , its fast and responsive now , but it's only going to get better we hope .

It did 303bhp 350nm torque , but had to be wound back due to fuel restriction at boost target , so new lines and check the fittings or maybe the fiesta turbo fuel rail , but even now with just under 300 of proper boost control and spark table it absolutely flies .

and if you dont mind me adding it made that power at just 20psi boost which i think is hugely impressive for a 1.6 cvh not just that but the spread of power/response from low down also.
as said yesterday sounds like an easy little niggle to sort and the frst fuel rails are cheap enough to pick up, but if you wanted test one you could always have mine off my motor and see if it works?

Think its 24psi mate the 303 pull ,still impressive I'd so. I'll bang the dyno sheets up later for the variable boost positions i have , car is proper transformed , I've had plenty of fast cars and your 250 mark in these little Rs turbos is mental .

ah sorry mate i thought you had told me 20psi yesterday, and yeah still hugely impressive as people can run that much boost and not even hit 250 alot of the time.

"At full boost on 1.84bar you had an EGT of 500 degC, air inlet temp of 22 deg C, engine stayed cool on 86 deg C"

Now that's what we want to hear mate as I know it was one of your big concerns when I was with you the other weekend. So everything is working very well even at such boost levels and some hard pulls. Told ya nothing to worry about 🤣

Right last week we had a trip over to preston , to see Mark knight for tuning the ALS in and launch control set to +5psi and my 3pot cal switch set up , then yesterday was a trip to Motorsport Developments for map tweak and the variable boost set up . the day went well in the respect that the engine behaved really well and came away with only a few dots of coolant on the dyno , however we did get to an ECU limp / cut at a certain boost , which Stu finally found a fault on my fuel set up ( fuel restricted ) car pulled a 303bhp but due to the fuel issue it was took back to 280bhp on cal 3, 242bhp on cal 2 and 224bhp cal 1. I left MSD a very happy chap and a nice little list of a few jobs I need to do .
jobs
Get my oil dash light working consistent.
wire my rev counter so it works properly.
baffles in rocker cover for breather set up.
find fault with fuel system .
a few pics
outside damo carters garage in preston
And a comedy snap chat off nephew while I was on the edge of my seat ::
all in all cars aside its fantastic to see people I call friends STU , KENNY and team at MSD and even Mark without all these I wouldn't be where I am now . massive thanks Guys I really appreciate it .

Its standard tank
044 pump
Standard lines to bottom of bulkhead then it goes in -6 braided to a escort fuel filter then to a fiesta turbo fuel rail , on deka 630cc injectors the it's a turbo smart FPR800 fuel reg , -6 down to the bottom of the bulkhead onto the standard lines and back to the tank mate .
