Victor Reinz head bolts and king racing thrust washers ordered and sent to engine builders ..2 items of over looked til he messaged me today ..

Massive thanks to Paul @ PJ motorsport for providing the head bolts cheap and quick

I need to look into doing this on the Orion
Will be easier if the Brembos ever go on and I need to run spacers to clear the wheels
Can you post a link to the kit you’ve got


Wheels will look 100% awesome on it

7.5 or 8J?

Awesome wheels. I'm on my 3rd set now. Group A fitment for me though. Stud and nut will make life easier.

More bad news ..turns out the new crank I got was a s1 crank and the new oil pump I have is a s2 ..it never rains it pours ::

They'll look mint i had some for my white s2 fitted them looked the nuts never finished the car got a pic somwhere looks like youll have a nice all rounder looks and power look forward to seeing it finished

My new s1 manifold that will be having a custom fuel rail to feed my injectors of choice ..when I've made my mind up lol .

That's off a friend ...but most of my bits are coming from Germany near Dortmund and dusseldorf through friends that live over there .

Inlet will probably be mark @ MK.

Exhaust is Gary @ Crazycage fabrications .

Managed to source another crank and that's up at the builders now ..so should be no more hold up ..hopefully get some news next week and hopefully sort a trip to pick up and fit it

I'm just in the process of sorting all the management bits out as I might send the engine away to be run in on a bench dyno and mapped...undecided what's best yet

I'm stuck at another cross roads with this built ..im going tubular manifold..but unsure to go over box or stay in standard position ..what ya all think ..whats benefits of both ?

Yea if i do ..it will be done properly mate ...just don't fancy the space you have upto the alternator if going cosworth rear housing this pic is scary ..might has well keep the rs turbo elbow.

You've only got to look at the bend in the down pipe straight after the turbo. That's going to do performance no good at all. Get it over the box mate and try and get the initial pipe as long and straight as possible.

Yep the above photo gives me no choice ..i can get a far better flow by bringing it over the box mate
