so my girlfiend wants me to build her a track day toy...
so its handy that she has a old KA doing nothing and I have a 1.8 zetec blacktop engine...


apart from the mounts on the engine side that is a given... what else needs altering?
I will be using the standard gearbox so do I need to change the flywheel?


any help will be great.

 

1.8 focus fly wheel and clutch works fine . Might need to make a power steering pump bracket and poss a alternator unless you can source one from a mk3 fiesta that was fired with ay zetec
