PLEASE tell me you'll be binning the shitty 1.6 engine - at some point.

If you need any advice on them then feel free to ask.

I'll bin the engine when it blows up or I get bored, for now ill just consecrate on handling and just having fun in it! Cleaned it today to get the dust off and now I'm just going to give it a look over to see where I'm at

Striped it out today as I was going to check the suspension and brakes out but I took the wheel caps off to find locking wheel nuts and I don't have a locking nut adaptor so I just cleaned the car up abit and stripped it out, I was sweating my balls off!!

passenger airbag is about 5kg with brackets. they are a fiddle to get out. take glove box out and up under the airbag is a either 2 or 3 nuts you have to undo to get the top cover off the you screw it out from above.

Also one good thing about your old man keeping lots of old car parts is him pulling out 2x oil filters, a cam belt, a washer for the sump plug, a oil pressure switch and some rockercover gaskets! So I banged out a quick oil change! My god was that oil dirty!Name: 60536549-4DE8-45A8-8BFC-C7E796D30F10_zpsqoovisto.jpg

Had a little tinker on the car this after work for half an hour, changed the air filter and put some fresh oil in it. Bit concerned with the crack in the window though Name: 6C921FC4-7EBA-4E84-B95C-8D3EEC975722_zpsq3tytots.jpg
