il be honest glenn im not sure yet mate, ideally I would like it all screwed on like the original cars were and removable, I may foam fill the insides so its still light but a lot stronger and have a lot more support.

I could mate yes I just like the idea of it being removable, as they were originally and easy if any fibre repairs are ever needed.

that's my potential plan with a foam beading on the join, and also foam filled kit from inside (not visible) to make the kit more rigid. I cant see anything happening this year work is flat out and I have no time at all still working 7 days, im working today im just in for lunch lol.

Well it hasn't got a sunroof or a rev counter so I would reckon a base model like a L,LS or GL. Just like the original

it was a difficult decision as the shell will need extensive work to fit the kit, but it had to be a 2.8i special with the lsd and proper junkers are £2k I had to spend over£4k to get a decent one to start with, the motor is mint so ripe for the supercharger conversion

mine will be a rarity aswell as it will have the proper full rear tail spoiler that's still in design/production now it should be here soon

I don't know when I will have time to get on it though, also got a 318 mopar v8 to build for my Chrysler if these 7 day weeks at work ever end

The thing is £2k buys nothing nowadays for a 2.8i special, they were utter Shit, if i buy a £2k turd it will need £2k or more spending on it for engine, gearbox, lsd axle, interior etc to all be mint like mine is, and even then it will still not be close to the car I have and I don't have all that work to do the cars ready just needs kit and supercharger install so you see I didn't really have a choice and ade sealed the deal with the donation of the sprinter supercharger kit I wanted an engine, drivetrain young and healthy enough for abit of boost
