Default mk3 focus to mk4 conversion (57 plate to facelift)

ok so i have had a bank in the wifes 57 reg focus and it needs a whole new front end (both wings, bonnet, bumper)

i have priced up parts for the car and the face lift parts and there about the same.

so im gonna do it but just wanted to know if anyone has done it on here?

i have this link of a guy who has done it but not sure i would get a reply with help as it was a long time ago.

The face lift focus has a line right through the side of the car wing, door, quarter that the prefacelift does not, but for not wanting more expense with the focus cc didn't change the panels much on that. So the front wing on the face lift focus cc doesn't have the line through it so you could use that I think have a search on google to see what I mean.

Look at the facelift st and the face lift cc, as far as I'm aware all the focuses bar the cc had the altered sides too

Don't you mean mk2 to mk2.5? As we are only on the mk3 focus now.

Daveysaff.only need to copy the hole size on the new wing

Nash.you got it but I'm sure people know what I mean

Dandyfat.ain't seen that mate so I'll have a look for the thread or if you know it can you post it please.but I managed to get hold of the guy on focus fanatics (link in my 1st post) and he's give me some advice.I asked him about the cc wings and I'm waiting to here back from him but if there a strait swap then thanks for the tip.

Looking at the swap pics on ford fanatics it's just wings, bonnet, bumper and lights.

Thanks for the posts.keep em coming

Who's pulling it for you andy?
Dean Morris is good @ DMARC in skewen but I'd go elsewhere for the paint as that's not his main business.
He did used to have a good boy come in to paint and he's quite quick but last I heard he was struggling to find someone and doing it himself which he's alright at but it's not his primary trade.
