had a couple hours this afternoon on car ,as usual it fights me all the way lol ,rad an fans turned up ,fans are to big but iv made them fit ,then the rad brakets are wrong meaning i need make some new intercooler mounting brakets
Let's put it this way mate there was 4 of us giving Andy a lot of stick about it at ford fair and then Andyescos and his gang started on Andy so his only way out of it is to finish it off lol

Aw it was not that bad Ian im chuffed that he is finishing it ,its going to be so good when done .
Andy don't forget that the rad and intercooler are rubber mounted not solid . Wot was rong with the brackets
iv orded some rubber bobins ian
this turned up cheeky win on ebay with some rivnuts hardly used great bit of kit ,mounted the fuel filter holder ,i have 10mtrs exhaust rap an some heat shield before anyone comments ,also changed the wing nuts to rivnuts
Are they stainless bolt's on the diff mount?
I did'nt think you should use stainless on suspension/engine mount's as it's too hard and may Shear ? (maybe some one will correct me on this?)

there normal bolts just bufftied dave only stainless for the tank straps
the rear is proper bufty front could do with things redoing as i keep having mod things to fit lol ,having a push while i have some coin about ,orderd some fuel line last nite ,but will have see how much turbo cost to rebuild before i spend anymore on it
Andy the problem with the bobbins you've bought is that the end plates with the 8mm threads are bonded on and if they fail
you'll end up with your radiator or intercooler on the road :-(
The original ones have the bolt pass through the middle of the rubber so it cannot fail.
