Yb MAP sensor earthing

Does the RS YB engines MAP sensor need earthing? It's currently bolted to e bracket mounted to me strut brace, just wondered

Pretty sure the answer is no. And, the signal nozzle should always point down, or it won't run properly. Something to do with voodoo or vapour traps or something.
