Oh fuck!!! Did you hear any noise when this happend? Or did the engine still run? If you have valve cutouts in the piston there is a good chance that you have no damage!

There was a noise but not loud and i was concentrating on where to go as it whas in the center of Brussels only 1km from our hotel, engine cut out immediately and i've valve cutouts so maybe im lucky

This is why I think having a cover is pointless. If something enters the pulleys, at least it has more of a chance of being shoved out in motion and not bouncing back in off the cam belt cover.

No good news
My mate took the head off after some examination and this is the result.
All exhaust valves bend bigtime
By the looks of it also maybe a few inlets
Pistons damaged
And last but not least 2 cracks in the block to waterjackets
Best to move this thread to the resto section i'm afraid

I would go for t34 siemens setup. My friend has this setup and is really nice! But then the gearbox is another problem.
