thanks bud av been after gettin rid of them for a long time lol, Now looking at routin the screamer pipe out the front bumper so that will be this weeks challange!!!!

Got the pipe knocked up and welded for the wastegate just need to match the ports to the gasket an start routeing the screamer where i want it

no , more the angle you have taken it out of the manifold at mate.

Managed to relocate the wastegate into a better area



Just waiting on my exhaust housing so i can bolt the turbo back up

Hey mate odd one can you see light through your wastgate? I run the same one took it off and can see light coming through around wastgate valve ?

At first yes but if you turn the coller round an place it back in it sort of clicks in an seals the hole up hope this helps let me how you get on!

Got the turbo fitted today an ran it up for about 5-10mins an all seams ok just the one boost pipe an few bits an bobs to do

not much of an update got myself one of them act gauges off ebay so will be fitting it once av sorted a few runing issues out as the fucker dosent like reving up !!! end of this week will hopefully be makin a start on the down pipe

left the car for a few weeks an seen as we had little workin had a poke round the car an tryed crankin it over an the feckin thing never started so after a few checks down to the injectors not pulsing :-( so after bit more time an check couldnt fault the loom so got a good mate to lend me his ecu it only cracked up!!!!!!!! me an RS turbo ecus dont go lol ,sorry about the bad vid an still need to sort the down pipe out
