0W30 Castrol Fully synthetic is what Honda reccommend for these engines. I've got it in my service book I'll send a pic for you. What do you run yours on?

Is the Japspeed one the same as the standard one but stainless? I've got a DC sports which is a 4-2-1 with decat as part of it, it meets the centre section. I noticed a big difference with it.

The fast road setup is supposed to make a huge difference. I'm taking mines to Clark Motorsport when it's back from the painters to have a fast road setup done.

The pipe work is bigger as the standard one is closed up slightly on the ports. It also doesn't have the restricting piece in the cat end. And the internal diameter at the cat end is slightly bigger. It has good reviews and allows me to stay legal and keep the cat.
Although I may fit a sports cat later
