Looking spot on mate, wish my welding was as good as that, and the repair pieces you've made are cracking!
Questions though lol
Why did you primer the underside before you finished welding it up and after you've put so much work in to making the repair pieces and welding them in, how comes you don't grind the welds back and make it look factory?

wanted to coat it in 2k primer rob just to protect it and all the welds will be ground down so it looks factory just want to get all weldind done first the spend few days with flap discs grinding down welds then all floor will be preped again filled where required re primed new seam sealer then 3m stoechip then 4 coats of 2k frosen white

This Is truly great ! Just read it all through now, think what your doing is boss!!!were would buy one of those tunnels from I need one lol!! And how have your neighbours put up with you lol I had the police round at my house for grinding to late at night with 4 complaints lol !! P.s do you spray the red peroxide? Or can you brush it on? As I'm short of a compressor!!

well all the underside is all stonechipped now just need to start doing the bodywork now and need it on the road asap as the missus is now having it :O lol

well the car is bk on all 4 wheels eventually lol just got to prep the bodywork now and finish smoothing the engine bay then its time for paint n fitting the kit n buildin bk up ect

there would be more done but ive just slipped with the grinder with 1mm cutting disc on and gone halfway thro my finger down to the bone so goin struggle but il try and plod along lol

haha stung isnt the word pal haha still lots of filler work to be dun yet to get everything straight was hopein to have it all dun today n in primer tonight but not lookin like it goin happen now haha
