ok guys , lil update ,
how the car currently sits
k been busy prepping the bay , its now ready for primer , all the rivnuts been fitted where needed , rest of holes have been removed / deleted
few piccys ,
they sharp eyed out there may have noticed the addition of some rather tasty strut brace mounts
designed and fabbed by k ...
to be fitted with some rather chunky rosejoints ( donated by the handsome bearded one ! )
tried to get a few clearer snaps of the underside but with the car the right way up and black it wasnt easy lol
decided to get the inside of the car sorted before progressing with the engine bay
loom removed !
as the front end of the car was in good shape this was prepped and painted wilst i was at work ,
and the twat bagged it up by the time i got there to start on the rear
rear was scotched , prepped and then given a few coats of 2 k
et viola !!

weekend should see the bay in primer its getting left for a few days before wet flatting ,
also in talks with escosgaz at the moment ( the guy who painted my cossie shell ) regards fitting it in for exterior paint
and to think just like me , all that shiny paint will be coverd with an interior , - but least its 100000% solid and should be for 40 yrs to come lol
