Should have dropped the intercooler lower under the slam panel, but otherwise looks awsome.

Have you thought on a colour, or are you going all silver?

As for the handbrake, mine has 2 "L" brackets that have been welded to the beam and hold the cable in place on both side, looks factory. Will get a pic up when I can

KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK

Oh I know Ian's old car really well, but the brackets were welded on top of the chassis leg, where they should be underneath. Small amount needs to be trimmed on the underside of the slam panel, but not the whole thing. Looks tatty IMO.

Your missing the point I'm making, Ian's brackets were welded on top of the chassis legs which means the cooler would also sit higher and the slam panel would need to be cut like above. Mine isn't, the brackets are welded at the bottom of the chassis legs which means only a small portion of the cross hatch pattern under the slam panel needs to be cut. Not as tatty

I loved Ian's car, such a shame he broke it in the end, but needs must. When I drove it, it was soooo aggressive but still needed a good map to make it unstoppable. But its what pushed me well into the decision for these types of cars

From side to side is 107.5mm and top to bottom is 59.5mm

I'm going to put gauges round the outside of it in the dash wear the clocks would go

When I drove it I managed to make him scream like a little girl

Spot on about the cooler brackets though. Ians were welded on a little bit high, should have spaced it down or just moved them in hindsight but hey ho!

Default Not good

NOT good news

the paint in the engine bay has got damp inbetween the paint and laquer and has turned a milky colour hoping to mop it out or a repaint is on the cards

Fair play for your efforts but I dont get it if the sapp shell was dog then good project but it looked mint so hard to see the point in killing a classic to have a RWD focus why not just put the focus lump in the back ?

Because there's enough "classic" Saph's about to keep up the side, but there's only like 10 Focus Cossies (even fewer in RWD) and even fewer still that are road going

Saph gear is better in a Focus shell...FACT!!!
