There is always little niggles with projects like this doesnt matter what it is, aswell as peoples personal standards differ.
All can be sorted with tlc.

Smashing van tho, would love it myself.

It says on the advert that is needs a few little jobs & the paint has a few marks. Geoff does all his vehicles to a high standard so he's only been honest inthe advert. I've seen the van loads of times & i wouldn't say it needs a respray.

Well to be fair the van isnt finished in my eyes as ive already said to you and on ebay. i dont feel like i have to explain my self but i will any way. yes granted the paint work has marks i various places which i havnt denied or tried to hide the wires hanginging down took me 30 seconds to clip up(cossie relays on pass side), the speedo ended up being a cable thats to short which i bought from ford fair which is now sorted, and the rear suspension is that the gaz coilovers are to shrt for the height its at poss due to andrew wanting to use long wrc type struts so ive made extensions on top to sort this which i did temp till i either had some made or lowered the turrets.

and the van that was going to be part-ex'd had no log book so i wasnt comfortable in doing a deal as it would take weeks to get that before selling

if it doesnt sell in the next few months i will keep it

gorgeous van,

can i just ask was it a massive job to do?

i getting a tranny connect for free in the next 6 weeks (its got over 200k on it though) and the ngine is fubard, what sorts of costs are involved with doing a cosworth conversion with 4 wheel drive OR roughly how much does it cost to do the FRS engine conversion? cheers for any info

you need deep pockets

without the cut and weld the running gear will take 3k plus and the fab by a company will prob be 5-8k then they parts it will need and the 2k respray

bla bla if you need to ask the price you know its not a good idea
